With our new cd “Lighthouse” still warm from the oven, we’ve kicked off a 3 week tour to hand deliver copies to some of our favorite places to play along the East Coast.  We started off in Florida at a low-key festival called Camp Jam.  The Burnin’ Smyrnans put this event on, and we enjoyed the site and our set.  The rope swing was a hit!  From Florida, we drove overnight (Thanks Ward and Russ) to Brevard, NC for a show at Brevard College Springfest.  The rainclouds parted just in time for our set, and we were excited to have our friend Kev Rowe play before us.  We spent two days sleeping on Becky Mt. with Oliver (whom you may remember as our cook a few tours ago).  He must have been feeling nostalgic because he fed us salmon, omelettes, and grilled chicken during our two night stay.  During the day, we headed down to Camp Gwynn Valley where we started recording some songs for our next release: Tajar Tracks 2.  We’ll keep you posted on the progress of our second kids’ album. 

Presently, we’re in Arlington, VA with my grandmother.  Check out the schedule, and come get your copy of “Lighthouse” in person!
